Advice means a recommendation made to you, by a qualified adviser, after your circumstances have been assessed. Nothing on this website meets that description, and nothing on it should be acted on as though it did.

The calculator

The mortgage calculator produces an illustrative capital-and-interest repayment from figures you supply. It excludes fees, assumes a single rate for the whole term, and takes no view on whether any lender would advance the amount entered. It is not a quotation and no lender is bound by it.

Accuracy

We take care to keep the information here accurate and current, but lending criteria, tax rules and market practice all change, sometimes at short notice. Nothing here is warranted to be complete or up to date at the moment you read it, and it should be confirmed with an adviser before you rely on it.

Availability

We do not guarantee that the site will be available uninterrupted or free from error, and we may change, suspend or withdraw any part of it without notice.
